The Revuelto is built around a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 that Lamborghini reengineered from the block upward and not refined from the Aventador's unit, but rebuilt with a new bore spacing, new cylinder head, and a rev ceiling of 9,500 rpm. It produces 814 CV on combustion alone. More than the entire output of the Aventador Ultimae.

Three electric motors work in a configuration not seen in any competitor. Two axial-flux motors on the front axle enable torque vectoring per wheel, a capability beyond what any mechanical differential can replicate. The third motor sits atop the 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox on its own shaft, with its own synchronisers, so the rear wheels can be driven electrically without the V12 running at all. This is an engineering architecture Lamborghini built specifically for the Revuelto. Nobody else uses it.

In Corsa mood, the electric motors fill the gap where combustion hesitates. There is no turbo lag because there is no turbo. There is no electric-only surge followed by combustion catch-up. The two systems have been calibrated to feel like one powertrain with an impossibly wide torque band. Road testers at Nardo at 194 mph reported lifting off and the electric motors handling cornering load, cleanly, without drama.

The steering is hydraulically assisted, not electrically. At speed, you feel road camber, tyre load, surface texture. The four-wheel steering system, new to the Revuelto, tightens the effective wheelbase at low speed and widens it at high speed, making the car both more agile through Monaco's hairpins and more stable on an autostrada.
