By signing the rental agreement or completing an online booking on our website, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).
This Agreement governs the rental of vehicles between AiLiL SRLS (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) and the person or entity (“the Renter”, “you”) named in the booking or rental form.
2. Eligibility and Driver Requirements
Minimum age to rent a supercar is 25 years.
The driver must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 5 years.
Drivers under 25 years old, or with less than 5 years of driving experience, may be subject to a double security deposit at the discretion of AiLiL SRLS.
A valid passport or ID and a major credit card (in the main driver’s name) are required for deposit pre-authorization.
Only drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
Drivers must hold a license valid within the European Economic Area; non-EU residents may need an International Driving Permit (IDP).
3. Rental Period
The rental period begins and ends on the dates and times stated in the contract.
Late returns will incur additional daily charges.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, with the same fuel level, and within the agreed mileage.
Unauthorized extensions beyond the rental period will be charged as additional rental days.
4. Delivery and Collection
AiLiL SRLS provides door-to-door delivery and collection anywhere in Monaco, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Germany (airports, hotels, villas, private addresses).
Delivery and collection are available 24/7 by prior arrangement.
If the Renter fails to appear at the agreed time or location, waiting fees or extra delivery charges may apply.
The Renter must inspect the vehicle before signing the delivery form and report any visible damage.
5. Payment and Security Deposit
A security deposit is required before delivery and will be pre-authorized on your credit card.
Deposit amounts vary by vehicle class and may be doubled for young or inexperienced drivers (under 25 or less than 5 years driving).
The deposit is released after inspection if no damage or breach occurred.
Full rental payment must be completed before delivery.
AiLiL SRLS reserves the right to charge the provided card for unpaid balances, damages, fines, or other contractual costs.
6. Permitted Use
The vehicle may be used only for lawful, private transportation. Prohibited uses include:
Racing, off-road driving, track use, towing, or testing performance limits;
Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication;
Subleasing, re-renting, or use for paid passenger transport;
Transporting goods or hazardous materials;
Driving outside approved territories (Italy, France, Monaco, Germany, Spain, Switzerland) without written authorization.
Any misuse voids insurance coverage and transfers full liability to the Renter.
7. Authorized Territories
Driving is permitted within Italy, France, Monaco, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland only, unless prior written consent is given by AiLiL SRLS.
Cross-border use outside these countries without authorization may result in contract termination and full liability for any incident.
8. Insurance and Liability
All rentals include mandatory third-party liability insurance as required by law.
The Renter is financially responsible for any loss or damage up to the deductible listed in the contract.
In case of accident, theft, or damage, notify both AiLiL SRLS and the local police immediately.
Failure to report an incident within 24 hours may void insurance coverage.
9. Accidents, Damage, and Theft
The Renter must complete a Damage/Incident Report and submit any police reports when applicable.
Lost keys, documents, or plates are charged at replacement cost.
Unauthorized repairs or alterations are prohibited.
Damage caused by negligence (low oil, improper fueling, reckless driving) is fully chargeable.
In case of theft, the Renter must return the keys and report the event immediately to the police and AiLiL SRLS.
10. Vehicle Replacement and Technical Assistance
AiLiL SRLS maintains its fleet in excellent mechanical condition.
In case of mechanical failure not caused by the Renter, AiLiL SRLS will provide a replacement vehicle of equal or higher category, subject to availability.
If a replacement cannot be provided, the unused rental portion will be refunded proportionally.
If the breakdown results from misuse or negligence, all costs, including towing, are charged to the Renter.
11. Mileage, Fuel, and Additional Costs
Rentals include limited mileage as stated in your contract.
Additional kilometers are charged per km rate indicated.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at delivery; otherwise, refueling and service fees apply.
All parking, toll, and traffic fines are the Renter’s responsibility.
Administrative fee: €50 + 5% credit card fee for handling any fines, penalties, refueling, or extra services.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
30 days or more before rental: 30% penalty of total rental amount.
29-14 days before rental: 40% penalty.
7-13 days before rental: 60% penalty.
Up to 3 days before rental or no-show: 100% penalty (no refund).
For any client-initiated cancellation, an additional 5% credit card fee applies to the full rental cost.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 14 business days.
13. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at the agreed time and date, or failure to provide required documentation or a valid credit card with sufficient funds in the main driver’s name, results in a 100% penalty.

In all “No-Show” cases, the Renter receives no refund.
AiLiL SRLS reserves the right to refuse delivery under these circumstances.
14. Fuel, Cleaning, and Condition
Vehicles must be returned clean and with the same fuel level as received.
If returned excessively dirty or with less fuel, cleaning and refueling charges will apply.
Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited; penalties apply for odor removal or interior damage.
15. Personal Belongings
AiLiL SRLS is not responsible for any personal items or valuables left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.
Please ensure all belongings are removed before return.
16. GPS Tracking and Safety
Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking systems for security, theft prevention, and fleet management.
Data from these systems may be used in the event of loss, damage, or legal investigation.
17. Force Majeure
AiLiL SRLS shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, wars, strikes, government restrictions, or road closures.
18. Company Obligations
AiLiL SRLS ensures that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, insured, and safe for operation.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, third parties, or external circumstances.
19. Termination of Contract
AiLiL SRLS may terminate the contract immediately and without refund if:
- False information is provided;
- Payment obligations are not met;
- The vehicle is misused or taken outside approved territories;
- The Renter breaches any essential clause.
Termination does not release the Renter from liability for damages or costs already incurred.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Italian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Imperia, Italy.
Invalid provisions do not affect the enforceability of the remainder.
By confirming a booking or signing a rental agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
